We provide high-quality ultrasound education, hands-on training, and ARDMS exam preparation under the guidance of Dr. Shabana Umar Siddiqui with years of experience in diagnostic imaging After doing fellowship at Thomas Jefferson university hospital Philadelphia USA I established my own ultrasound training institute as "Dr. Shabana's School of Sonology." and through this medium I'll keep sharing interesting cases that I'll come across in daily practice with my colleagues out there.

It’s a case of 32 wks. fetus
- Here you can see that heart is occupying most of the chest cavity due to cardiomegaly and moreover diaphragm is pushed upwards due to enlarged and echogenic kidneys that indicates renal dysplasia. AC and EFW seen less than expected for period of gestation associated with oligohydromnios ( IUGR)
