We generally offer our clients a complete range of services that include Architectural design, interior and exterior design and consultancy. We provide the following services in part or whole, to our clients:
Schematic Design
• Review the project requirements and generate a preliminary program and estimated project budget.
• Review alternative system and material with the owner.
• Prepare Schematic Design comprising of floor layout plan(s), as many are required until a satisfactory solution is reached. Design development
Prepare Design Development Documents, based on the owner approved Schematic Design. The following documents are furnished upon completion of the design (depending on the Owner's requirements). Constant site supervision, including regular site visits by the engineer or Architect to make sure the work is in conformance with the design and Specification of the Consultant.
