By starting the conversation, providing support, and directing help to those who need it, we can help prevent su***des and save lives. If you or someone you know is struggling or in crisis, help is available. You are not alone
It can be difficult when someone you know expresses thoughts about su***de, but you can show support by doing the following:

Talk. Your willingness to express your concern for the person in crisis can be the first step in getting that person help.
Listen. Being an active listener is another way of reminding a person in crisis that they are not alone.
Remain Present. Your physical and emotional presence in the person’s life makes a difference. If you are worried about their safety, get help from a mental health professional immediately

There are numerous studies and research that indicate that a morning walk can have positive impact on mental health.Here are some ways that a morning walk can improve mental health:
1.Reduce stress:Walking in the morning helps to reduce stress levels by increasing the production of endorphins,also known as " feel-good" hormones.This can help to relieve feelings of anxiety and promote a sense of calm
2.Boost Mood:Exercise ,including walking,has been shown to increase serotonin levels,in the brain,which can improve mood and overall happiness.A morning walk can help start the day on a positive note and enhance a general sense of well-being
3.Improve sleep:Regular exercise,including morning walks,can help regulate sleep patterns and improve the quality of sleep pattern and improve the quality of sleep.
4.Provide time for reflection:Taking a morning walk can offer an opportunity for solitude and reflection,allowing individuals to clear their minds and reduce mental clutter.This can foster a sense of mindfulness and promote positive thinking.

What are some tips for better sleep?
Here are some tips to help you get a better night sleep:

Avoid late-night snacking, sugar, caffeine, and alcohol.
Turn off electronics, TVs, and computers two hours before bed. The blue light from these devices causes your brain to stay active. Turning them off a couple hours before bed gives your brain a chance to unwind and get ready for sleep.
Store all digital devices (e.g., smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.) in an area of the house other than the bedrooms.
Sleep in a dark room because light stimulates our brains.
Use an alarm clock rather than your smartphone or tablet as a wakeup device.
Keep room temperatures on the cooler side – ideally low to mid-60s.
Aim for a consistent bedtime routine and sleep schedule to help your body stay on a regular track. Find a good time for you to go to sleep every night and wake up at the same time every morning. It’s also important to keep that same schedule even on the weekends.
