ہیٹ سٹروک ہونے کی صورت میں مریض کو ٹھنڈی جگہ پر منتقل کریں اور بغلوں گردن کے پیچھے اور کمر پر ٹھنڈے پانی کی پٹی کریں اور فوری قریب کے ہسپتال داخل كرواین
اپنا اور اپنے گھر والوں کا خاص خیال رکھیں اللّه پاک آپ سب کو اپنی حفظ امان میں رکھے
