Brielle Robinson visited the White House with her mother Danielle Robinson a little under a year ago for the signing of the PACT Act. She's the daughter of the late Sergeant First Class Heath Robinson, a hero that was stationed in Baghdad and lived just yards from a burn pit the size of a football field.
Eventually, cancer from prolonged exposure to burn pits ravaged Heath’s lungs and body. Brielle's mom said Heath was a fighter to the very end. He didn’t know how to stop fighting, and neither did their family.
Through Danielle's pain, she found purpose to demand that we do better. And with the signing of the PACT Act, we did.
For Brielle, for Danielle, and for the countless toxic-exposed veterans and their families across America.
