** LEG 360 CIRCUIT **
▪️Deficit Deadlift to Squat-10
▪️Crusty Reverse Lunge to Step-up & High knee- 6-8 / side.
▪️Elevated Single-Leg Hip Thrusters 8-10/side
▪️Finisher The Round with Bulgarian split jumps 6-8/side

➖4 Rounds - 30sec rest b/w movements ——> min rest after Each Round.

All you need is 2 steady chair/ Bench low height tables.

Anything will do and a pair of kettlebell/dumbbells or plates can be use any one of them.
