Strengthening Skills in Customer Care & Patient Handling
At Dr. Ziauddin Hospital Sukkur Campus, the HR Organizational Development (HR-OD) team conducted a highly engaging 2-day training session for staff across various departments. The focus was on effective communication, empathy, customer care, and patient handling all essential to ensuring quality service and compassionate experiences.
Through interactive role-plays and real-life case scenarios, participants enhanced their skills to serve patients and visitors with greater confidence, care, and professionalism.
