Here are the vocabulary words that were tested in actual IBA’s test. We have said it over the years that not having a decent vocabulary bank for IBA’s test could be a serious problem if you plan on sitting IBA’s test.

At Tutor Plus, we make sure that our students have a decent vocabulary bank. We make sure to use some of the best reading material in addition to our word lists to make sure our students are best prepared when it comes to vocabulary.

A lot many people lose marks on the SAT because they don’t practice transitions well.

It is recommended that you practice subtle transitions such as that is, that said, even so, be that as it may, all the same etc etc.

Not practicing these could make you lose 100 - 140 points on the SAT.

IBA’s test is continuously evolving. This time the change is related to how the overall competition for IBA’s test is expected to change in 2026.

These changes are likely to affect everyone who will be sitting IBA’s test in 2026. Make sure to stay updated on these changes and prepare accordingly.

Given these changes, a mediocre effort simply won’t be able to able to get you in IBA anymore. Prepare early, prepare smart.

Gone are the days when IBA’s test had basic Venn Diagram questions. The test is evolving for several reasons, and you are going to see much tighter competition in 2026. Some of these reasons include a stricter SAT exemption criteria, 30% fewer seats in the BBA program as well as an overall difficulty increase in IBA’s test.

To put it simply, what got you in IBA in 2023 won’t get you in IBA in 2026.

Here’s a good question to check your preparedness for the test. If this troubles you, then you need serious practice.

Alhamdulillah, 100% of our students who joined us last year in September or October 2024 and studied both Round 1 and Round 2 with us got into IBA in 2025.
