Still they say doctors dont perform their duties well..
Here is a young doctor taking morning progress sitting on a cold floor humbly beside patient
As there are no beds available in ward.
He is 17th scale doctor but he sitting with patient just to make her comfortable and to show his emotions for his poor patient.
Show me if there is any other department where an officer of 17th scale sits on floor with peoples coming to him for any reason!!!
