یہی وہ غلطی ہے جو اکثر خواتین انجانے میں کر دیتی ہیں
حقیقت کیا ہے؟ حمل کے شروع (پہلے 3 مہینے) میں ہلکا spotting کافی common ہے، تقریباً 20–30% خواتین میں ہوتا ہے۔
اور کئی دفعہ یہ اس بات کی علامت ہوتا ہے کہ حمل رحم میں ٹھیک سے attach ہو رہا ہے
❗ لیکن: ہر spotting کو معمولی سمجھ لینا خطرناک ہو سکتا ہے!
⚠️ خطرہ کب ہوتا ہے؟
🔴 تیز سرخ خون
🔴 مقدار زیادہ ہونا
🔴 لوتھڑے آنا
🔴 پیٹ یا کمر میں درد
🚨 یاد رکھیں: مسئلہ spotting نہیں
مسئلہ اسے ignore کرنا ہے
اکثر کیسز میں شروع کی چھوٹی سی علامت صرف دیر کی وجہ سے بڑی complication بن جاتی ہے!
خود فیصلہ نہ کریں، ایسی محفوظ ادویات موجود رحم کو سپورٹ کر کے حمل کو محفوظ رکھنے میں مدد دیتی ہیں

April is C-Section Awareness Month.

Not every mother gets to push…
Some are cut open layer by layer to bring life into this world.

A C-section is not the “easy way.”
It’s a major surgery.
A battle of pain, fear, and strength—
all at the same time.

While others celebrate their first cry,
some mothers are lying on an operating table,
arms stretched out, unable to hold their baby right away— yet still choosing love in its purest form.

They heal while caring.
They carry pain while carrying life.
They stand up—literally stitched together—
and still show up as a mother every single day.

So this April,
we don’t just raise awareness…
We give respect.

Because no matter how a mother gives birth—
she is strong.
She is brave.
She is everything. 🤍
