Modified Ravitch procedure done. Anesthesia was more demanding. Syndromic boy 12kg wt at 6 yrs of age (Small for age). With other congenital anomalies like UDT, Coronal hypospadias, Hypoplastic lungs
Left lower Lobe collapsed due to major heart shift. Having a chesty cough that of a bronchiectatic patient.
Alhamdullillah Dr Nadia handled him well during surgery. Had a smooth sail peri op.

Bilateral Femoral Artery Embolectomies done in a Heart patient of Mitral stenosis and Atrial fibrillation having Saddle Embolism. Alhamdullillah both lower limbs saved. A good collaboration of Cardiologist Ansthetist and Surgeon paid off well.
