A project delayed for the last 8 years has finally been completed.
Hospital Road could not be constructed earlier due to financial constraints causing great inconvenience to the public. However, after Mr. Muhammad Bilal Saleem assumed charge as Deputy Commissioner, the project was prioritized and completed in a very short time.
This achievement reflects his strong leadership, efficient administration, and sincere commitment to public service. The Hospital administration & people of Kot Addu truly appreciate this timely initiative which has greatly improved access to the hospital and eased daily travel for the community.
We extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Muhammad Bilal Saleem for this commendable effort in the public interest for people of this district.
ایک ایسا پروجیکٹ جو آٹھ سال سے التوا کا شکار تھا، آج مکمل ہو گیا ہے۔ مالی مشکلات کی وجہ سے ہسپتال روڈ کی تعمیر نہ ہو سکی جس سے عوام کو بہت مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پڑ رہا تھا۔ تاہم، ڈپٹی کمشنر محمد بلال سلیم نے اپنی ذمہ داری سنبھالنے کے بعد اس پروجیکٹ کو ترجیح دی اور بہت ہی کم وقت میں مکمل کر دیا۔ یہ کامیابی ان کی مضبوط قیادت، کارکردگی اور عوامی خدمت کے جذبے کا عکاس ہے۔ ہسپتال انتظامیہ اور کوٹ ادو کی عوام اس موقع پر ان کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہیں اور اس اہم کام کو سراہتے ہیں جس نے ہسپتال تک رسائی کو آسان بنایا ہے اور روزمرہ کی رفت و آمد میں بہتری لائی ہے۔ ہم محمد بلال سلیم کا اس عمدہ کارکردگی پر تہہ دل سے شکریہ ادا کرتے ہیں۔
