How to Weigh yourself🤔

2) ✨Preferably in the mornings.
3) ✨Be consistent💪
4) ✨Same way every time (e.g., after using washroom or before)
5)✨ Stop only if it doesn’t trigger anxiety or disordered eating🌞.

REMINDER:
👉It’s OK to give up the scale, especially if it’s not making you feel any healthier or better about yourself but don't stop eating healthy within a portion.

✨Sometimes the best measurement is progress, including discovering that the scale isn’t for you✨💁.

👉For people with eating disorders or disordered eating habits, a scale in your home can be completely unnecessary. Remember 👇

👉Take a tiny plate to serve yourself🍽️.

👉Choose a lot of veggies rather than carbs🥦.

👉Drink lots of water in whole day🚰.

👉Try to eat least of Rice and avoid heavy meal in dinner🚫.

👉Take protein at night🍗🍖.

👉Always Add a protein portion in your meals (at least in 2 meals/day)🍽️.

👉Avoid eating junk in dinner🚫.
