We look at the trial of others and think how they have it 𝙀𝘼𝙎𝙔.

We grumble about how they are in a better place than us.

Because Your Lord Neither Forgets Nor Errs.

At the same time, jinn possession is a reality acknowledged in the Quran and Sunnah. It’s essential to distinguish between epilepsy and jinn possession induced epilepsy to ensure patients receive the correct treatment and the emotional validation they deserve.

The Prophet Muhammad ‎ﷺ demonstrated wisdom in addressing these situations, responding differently to seizures based on their underlying cause—whether medical or spiritual. Musnad Ahmad (4:171-172)

𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙨 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙖 𝙫𝙚𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚.

A vegetable is a state where mental/physical function is impaired and requires supportive measures to survive.

However, for chronic patients there comes a state where the physical functioning is hampered because of the disease and mental functioning is impacted because of the debilitation.

As a Muslim doctor, I look for hope. I clutch on to it with every fiber of my being hoping for a miracle from a Lord Who Sees the Struggles.

Yet, there are times when we have to announce the 𝙣𝙤𝙩-𝙨𝙤-𝙝𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙛𝙪𝙡-𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙨.

Times where you have to voice words which are 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙚𝙩 𝙣𝙤𝙩.

Not every rain will be followed by bright sunshine and rainbows.

Not every disease will 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙧 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙙.

Some will get 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐞, especially when you feel you have got the hang of them.

If there is one thing I have learned in my battle for a better lifestyle from chronic diseases, it's the fact that there are times 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠𝙨 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝.

A faith which tells you that 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙢𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚; 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙣𝙤𝙧 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙨.

A faith which tells you if its 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄.

A faith which lets you cry your pain to a Lord Who Listens Without Judgements.

A Lord Who Wants Good for you.

𝐀 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬.

Because fact of the matter is, you might be bedridden for months or years.

𝙄𝙨𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙. 𝙇𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙡𝙮. 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙢 𝙤𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮. 𝙎𝙝𝙪𝙩 𝙤𝙛𝙛 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙥 𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝙡𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙚𝙭𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙚, 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, 𝙨𝙪𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙚, 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮.

Shut off from everything except 𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙖 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖 𝙢𝙪𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙮 𝙞𝙣 𝙝𝙤𝙥𝙚.

That it will get better.

𝙋𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙗𝙞𝙜𝙜𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣.

If you are in pain, you can't function properly.

You find yourself spending your energy 'trying to get out of that pain'.

Or hoping that today would be a new dawn.

The pain that 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘴 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘢𝘬𝘦.

Just surviving the day seems like an achievement in itself.

There are times when you look at your dreams, at your to do list and wonder if you'd ever 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚.

When you are in pain, it hurts to 𝐛𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭.

In a world, which values labels and glittery achievements and what impact you create, it hurts to know you can never meet those standards.

And it's even more painful to say, I survived today.

I counted my blessings today.

I talked to Allah today.

I recited the sunnah duaa for pain countless times today.

I prayed five times a day with my broken body.

I recited this much Quran while my body ached and groaned with pain.

This was my achievement as a patient.

𝐖𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐝𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞.

Because mine don't 𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙤𝙥 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙖 𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙠 𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙙𝙨𝙩 𝙜𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙤𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙨.

Because mine don't 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙢𝙮 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙨 𝙡𝙞𝙛𝙩 𝙪𝙥 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙙𝙚.

Because mine aren't seen and heard and validated.

To the one who jumps out of bed for tahajad, would my crawl for a fardh prayer seem a feat enough to be valued?

No.

Because no one can realize your pain. The intensity of it. Even if you explain, they can't understand.

They can only relate it to their pain and come up with counter arguments over how *itna bhe nay hota*.

In a world which values the superficial, the outside, the what it wants to see..

Turn to a Lord Who doesn't need your explanations and who values your every breath of effort.

A Lord Who appreciates the burden you carry while trying to make it through.

A Lord Who doesn't question your achievements.

A Lord Who truly Sees you, Hears you and validates you 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙡𝙖𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙨.

𝐀𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐥 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐬.

And hope to disappear.

Is this the world, people hate to leave?

Is this the world, people dream of?

Hard to the core, brutal and temporary.

𝘽𝙪𝙩 𝙞𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙚𝙨𝙣'𝙩 𝙨𝙚𝙚𝙢 𝙩𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙖𝙧𝙮. 𝙉𝙤𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥𝙨. 𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙖𝙛𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧. 𝙇𝙞𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙤𝙛 𝙙𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙤𝙨.

And the good times? They are too superficial to fulfil the soul.

At the end of the day, all of us dig deep into our beds and 𝘵𝘳𝘺 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘭𝘦𝘦𝘱 𝘪𝘵 𝘰𝘧𝘧.

The weariness that's seeped into our very bones.

To be honest, I am ashamed in front of Allah.

I see now how He has always been there for me. Behind the scenes. Ever Present.

Lavishing me with blessings I was too ignorant to count because of a few hardships.

Just giving, giving, giving. Without taking into account any of my sins or my ineptness.

While I was rushing forwards to please the world which counts every single penny it gives me in return for a work I slave my body off.

I just can't fathom how we can question Allah.

How we can not trust Him.

We trust every other Tom, Dick and Harry.

We give them leverage. Despite the ongoing gez@ genocide, we still follow the west.

Even when their hypocrisy is blatantly rubbing in our faces.

But we can't trust a Lord who gives everything to us for free.

Every day, we question His Help while knowing His Rules.

We don't deserve Allah.

We truly don't.

We don't deserve His Gifts nor His Help.

We don't even deserve His Forgiveness.

Because in reality, we don't consider Him as God.

We consider Him as our slave.

A slave who should be at our beck and call.

A slave who should grant us everything like Aladdin's Genie.

A slave who we can question and rebuke for the things He didn't do our way.

This is how we treat Allah throughout our lives.

Because what matters the most is how much He satisfied us and granted us according to our wants.

Isn't it?

𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙡𝙡, 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙞𝙨 𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣.

Nothing else 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬.

Recently, I suffered from a drug reaction. Only 12 hrs of constant vomiting and diarrheal episodes. I could keep no food or water down.

As I lay, slumped in bed, 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐭 𝐚 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝, 𝐈 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭.

This is the reality of a human being.

𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙖𝙢𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤.

This is the reality of a human being who thinks he-knows-it-all.

This is the reality of each and everyone of us who 𝙟𝙪𝙙𝙜𝙚 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙝 for His Decisions.

And somehow, this is the stark reality of all our dreams we chase throughout life, going crazy after them, yet when a calamity hits us, all our dreams vanish and all we can think of is for the calamity to finish.

We don't need something brutal like cancer to finish us.

Sometimes it can be a cold or a toothache to show 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮.

Health is your greatest blessing from Allah.

Value and cherish it.

Do shukr for it.

Make duaa for it.

Sorry to disappoint you but you aren't.

You are just a small human. Your load of problems are practically nonexistential compared to the vastness of Universe.

However, despite knowing everything 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙝 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙮𝙤𝙪. Innumberable times. Without any judgements.

You need to take steps. Plan and initiate, but you don't write your story. Allah does.

And without Allah in the picture, you can't hope to come through the other side.

No matter what the West or your own brilliant mind feeds you.

A person who is 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐠𝐫𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐡, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝐇𝐢𝐦 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞, can never hope to connect to Allah amidst that pain.

Breaking under the weight of attaching 𝙣𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙨𝙨𝙪𝙢𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙞𝙧 to a Lord Who Is his Only Savior.

A Lord Who Knows the burden 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙧𝙮.
A Lord Who brings 𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥.

𝐀 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭:

𝙄𝙩'𝙨 𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙥 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙞𝙣 𝙞𝙩'𝙨 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙡𝙚𝙨, 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞.

Some people live in fear. It's who they have become.

𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦.
𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐣𝐨𝐛.
𝐅𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐝.

All the worldly fears that are crippling.

𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘴𝘵 𝘨𝘰𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘯.

Because with fear, their 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝.

They fear 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙢𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙨𝙖𝙮.

Fear dictates their life in a way that you can't even imagine.

𝙒𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙝.

𝙒𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙃𝙚 𝙢𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙎𝙖𝙮.

𝙒𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙥𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙪𝙧𝙚.

But somehow, we are good on that front.

At least that's what we believe.

We don't let the fear of Allah's Displeasure lead our life.

But we do let the 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙪𝙣𝙘𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙮 𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙨.

The fear of Allah's Displeasure was supposed to 𝙛𝙧𝙚𝙚 𝙪𝙨.

We would have broken free of the 𝙙𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙛𝙚𝙖𝙧 𝙤𝙛 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙨.

Our wants which include every drop in this ocean, 𝙚𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙊𝙘𝙚𝙖𝙣.

Everything 𝙚𝙭𝙘𝙚𝙥𝙩 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙖𝙝.

𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙪𝙥.

Brutally. 𝘙𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘭𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘭𝘺.

This is a curveball life throws at you 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮.

Without health, 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮.

You start losing your dreams because let's face it, 𝐧𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝙏𝙊 𝐚 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭.

Except Allah.

Except 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨.

When it comes to Allah, He is so 𝙣𝙤𝙣-𝙟𝙪𝙙𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 over your issues.

As long as you come to Him with Qalb-e-saleem.

It 𝘥𝘰𝘦𝘴𝘯'𝘵 𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘳 how you look or how your circusmtances are, 𝙖𝙨 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠.

𝘼𝙨 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙚𝙭𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙡 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙙𝙤 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙙𝙤 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙.

You are important to Allah.

There is a reason why He Created 𝙔𝙊𝙐.

Instead of 𝙬𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚 𝙖𝙬𝙖𝙮, 𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙯𝙚 𝙞𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙖 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙫𝙖𝙡𝙪𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪; 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙚𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙡𝙡.

𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙣𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙜𝙚𝙩𝙨. - Quran.

𝙄 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙖𝙨 𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙚 my "𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬".

I was supposed to lift my hands and cry out to Him when in 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙧 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙.

And narrate one by one the things I desired - 𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙘 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨.

But then I came upon 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙖𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙌𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙪𝙣𝙣𝙖𝙝.

And I forgot my own 𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐚𝐬.

The list is never ending. I find myself taking a pause, on every word, all the while being mesmerized by the simple string of words; chosen not 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙗𝙪𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙨𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙘𝙪𝙩𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙚𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙖 𝙨𝙡𝙖𝙫𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙃𝙞𝙨 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙.

What can be more beautiful than 𝙖𝙙𝙤𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙖𝙨?

And how can you adorn them with 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝙗𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙥𝙝𝙚𝙩 or the words of Allah?

Oh Allah, make us a key to good and a lock for evil.

Roam your eyes over 𝙖 𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙠. How safely we sleep in our beds at nights, 𝙥𝙪𝙩𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙪𝙩𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙛𝙖𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙚 𝙡𝙤𝙘𝙠𝙨.

And how we 𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙖 𝙣𝙚𝙬 𝙙𝙖𝙬𝙣, opening these locks with 𝙠𝙚𝙮𝙨 so easily.

How euphoric to be a key that 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙘𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙨 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙜𝙤𝙤𝙙𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨.

And a lock that 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨 𝙖𝙛𝙛𝙞𝙧𝙢 𝙞𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙡.

Can our 𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙙 duaas ever 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙚 to the words of the Prophet?

Can they ever encompass this beauty, this depth?

Like they say in Urdu: 𝙙𝙖𝙧𝙮𝙖 𝙠𝙤 𝙠𝙤𝙤𝙯𝙖𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙞𝙣 𝙗𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙠𝙖𝙧 𝙡𝙚𝙣𝙖?

I love Telemedicine because it can open up new avenues and help those who need it desperately. Treating 🌊 Flood Victims of 2022 hasn't been easy. Why? ✅ These people are illiterate and have no facilities. ✅ The health awareness that we provide via consultations, along with treatment isn't easy for them to apply. Because they don't have the basic necessities. ✅ Most of them need long term health care. They don't need a one time consultation. ✅ They also need clean food, water, clothes, shoes, proper houses and bathrooms (not tents where they are closeted and are experiencing more infectious diseases). ⭐ The services that we have been providing in inner Sindh and now Larkana are almost negligible compared to the wide scale destruction.
