ARTHRITIS IN KIDS
This kid presented with difficulty in walking from 11months, was on wheelchair on first presentation, previously used pain killers and remain undiagnosed.
Now healthy and walking after starting immunosuppressants medicines.

TAKE HOME MESSAGE
1) there are several types of arthritis which can affect kids
2) dont ignore joint and leg pains in kids, specially in morning time
3) not every joint pain is due to vitamin D deficiency or uric acid
4) dont overly rely on pain killers.
5) early diagnosis and treatment can prevent lifelong disability

1) use uric acid medicines regularly
2) dont decrease or increase dose of medicine without consulting doctor
3) life style modification needed for long term
4) control comorbidities like obesity, diabetes,
