8-10 glasses of water if your body weight is 60kg-70 kg
10-12 glasses for 70-90kg
12-14 glass for 90-100 kg
14-15 for 100 and above
Complete this water intake between ifat & sahoor time
2 glass of water at iftar
2 glass 40 min post iftar
1 glass 40 min after dinner
1 glass just before you go to sleep
And rest in the sehri

Don’t Forget ⚠️
Tea/coffee aren’t bad but you need to know when to consume them. Morning bed tea screams all things fancy. This is what we see in the movies, right? Waking up to a cup of piping hot tea! But let’s understand why you shouldn’t be doing this.
On an empty stomach, early in the our body is already acidic and when we consume tea or coffee (which is acidic) we are further creating an acidic environment. This irritates our stomach lining and also leads to irritation & acidity. Having an unhealthy morning routine can change a lot for the body. So skip your tea on an stomach & focus on the right morning routine.
Tea/coffee have anti nutrients present in them which interfere with absorption of micronutrients present in food. So never consume tea/coffee with your meals. Always have a gap of at least 45 mins.
I know so many people who end up consuming more than 5 cups a day, some even 8. This is very damaging. I’ll tell you how to slowly taper off this addiction-
👉Have half of the quantity, you have now.
👉Start reducing the number of cups every week.
👉Replace with herbal teas like jasmine/ chamomile.
🎯 Suddenly stopping your routine intake might not go well for your body (headaches are the most common in such cases), so gradually taper off your daily intake.
Try to stick to not more than 2 cups a day.
