45/M pt presented with palatal swelling pain at right upper 4 region ..upon examination tooth was grossly carious n grade 2 mobile . Plus he was on antibiotics from 2 weeks which was not effecting Tooth was removed and abcess was drained and socket was irrigated and post op instructions were given .... #redmoltenlava #dentalabcesss #poordentalhealth
