Bony protuberances seen on the gingiva that donot seem to have any sinister changes associated with them. Patient noticed them 1 week ago and is concerned about aesthetics.

However, there is absolutely no systemic history or any associated signs of systemic disease.

Patient has no social history of to***co use or betel nut.

Based on the history and clinical findings, what's the most likely diagnosis?

A 7 year old girl reported with a fever 7 days ago with agitated behaviour and inability to eat or drink and unwillingness to eat anything at all. On examination, there was boggy gingiva that bleeds easily and parents also complained of ulcers in the anterior region.

What's your diagnosis and how would you treat it?
