First up is anxiety. Anxiety is an issue that affects people of all ages in many different ways, shapes and forms. We have noticed problems with anxiety being reported very frequently by our clients in recent times. It is also one of the many issues that we provide specialized treatment for here at the Glasshouse.

The Glasshouse is a labor of love borne out of my passion for understanding the many complexities involved in managing human emotions. A quest that I myself have been on, having gone through many a transition in my own life. I recognize that the self-management skills that I learnt from my mentors have enabled me to navigate through the challenges involved with living through a wide variety of life changing experiences such as parenthood, marriage and loss.
Hence, my aim at The Glasshouse is to impart to those seeking guidance, the emotional management tools necessary for dealing with various situations and life altering circumstances, that elicit complicated emotions from us. At The Glasshouse, my team and I have carefully curated our space so that we can help you trust in someone who will listen and empower you to navigate through your own challenges.
