Minimally invasive Laproscopic Left Radical Nephrouretectomy with bladder cuff excision, performed for a left upper tract urothelial carcinoma.

Compared to the traditional open approach utilizing 2 separate incisions, the laproscopic approach is done with a single small incision for organ retrieval and results in less blood loss, shorter hospital stay and lower post-operative pain.

Left open adrenalectomy performed on a 62 years old male with a recurrent left adrenocortical carcinoma previously operated 27 years back.
Patient presentation was left lumber pain with palpable mass & urinary cortisol level was raised.
CT scan:19X16 cm adrenal mass crossing the midline.
Postoperative recovery was uneventful & discharged on 10th post-op day
