❌ Too much oil and spices - Can lead to indigestion and discomfort.
❌ Drinking excessive water with meals - May cause bloating and make digestion harder.
❌ Excess fats - Can contribute to sluggishness and bloating.
❌ Overeating - May result in gas, bloating, and fatigue.
