When it comes to edible oils, the choice between refined and cold pressed oil is significant. Cold pressed oil, with its minimal processing, retains more nutrients and natural goodness, making it a healthier option for cooking. Refined oil, on the other hand, undergoes more processing, which can strip away beneficial compounds. For optimal nutrition, I recommend opting for cold pressed oil specifically .aura_oils for your daily cooking needs. I am using Pure aura cold pressed cooking oil since a very long time.
