Airfried Beef Steaks
Ingredients
Beef Steaks: 500gm
Salt as per taste
Cu**in Powder: 1/2 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder: 1/2 tbsp
Soya Sauce : 1 tbsp
Chilli Sauce : 1 tbsp
Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste : 1 tbsp
Marination Time (4-6 hours)
Direction:
Marinate Beef Steaks with the ingredients as mentioned above and leave this marination for 4 to 6 hours. Airfried it for 25 min at 180 C. For more Tendered steak to melt it in the mouth, steam it in pressure Cooker for 10 min.
Total Calories: 280 cal/ serving
Protein: 120gm
Fats: 35 gm
CHO: 0 gm
