Weight loss shouldn’t feel like a war with your body.

But when you’re surrounded by wrong advice, it’s hard not to feel confused or defeated.

I still remember clients who came to me repeating the same lines:

But here’s what I discovered… you don’t have to give it up.
You just have to adjust how you make it.

If your plates are loaded with oil, ghee, and oversized portions.
Then the result? Weight gain, sugar spikes, and zero energy.

Here’s how to make your biryani weight-loss friendly without sacrificing taste:

1.Use lean protein
2. Reduce oil/ghee — 1–2 tsp is enough
3. Add salad & raita for balance
4. Control portion:
-Small plate (100g): Approximately 140 calories.
-Medium plate (200g): Approximately 271 calories.
-Large plate (300g): Around 407 calories.
-600g serving: Around 850 calories.
-1 kg biryani: Can contain 720-1000 calories.
