Let's Fight Dengue Together!

Dengue Fever is spreading like wildfire throughout Pakistan with the highest number of cases recorded in Lahore. We must act together and take control measures to protect ourselves and our children.

IMPORTANT FOR EXPECTING MOTHERS:
We know that Dengue is transmitted to humans through mosquito bites, however, new research has shown evidence that there is a possibility of maternal transmission (from a pregnant mother to her baby). The risk of vertical transmission is low but when a mother does have a Dengue infection when she is pregnant, babies may suffer from pre-term birth, low birthweight, and fetal distress.
