Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative at CareHub Health Private Limited. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, managing customer complaints and inquiries, and serving as a liaison between the customer and the company. This is a Lahore-based role with flexibility for some remote work.

Key responsibilities include:

Customer Assistance: Provide prompt and accurate information to customers regarding prescription refills, medication availability, and prices.
Order Processing: Efficiently process prescription refill requests, ensuring accuracy in entering prescription details, and coordinating with pharmacy personnel for timely fulfillment.
Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, inquiries, or issues related to prescriptions, striving to find satisfactory solutions and ensure a positive customer experience.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, pharmacy staff, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and information flow.
Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, prescription details, and issue resolutions to facilitate smooth follow-up and future reference.
Compliance: Adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines governing prescription medications, ensuring all processes align with industry standards and policies.
Customer Education: Provide information to customers on medication adherence, potential side effects, and other relevant details to promote health awareness and responsible medication use.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with pharmacy and support staff to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to a cohesive and efficient workflow.
Empathy and Professionalism: Empathy and professionalism in all interactions, understanding the sensitive nature of healthcare and prescription-related concerns.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about updates in the pharmaceutical industry, customer service best practices, and technology to continually enhance service delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Highly proficient in English and Urdu, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in customer service or related field
Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations and resolve conflicts with customers
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
Ability to work well in a team environment, with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Experience in a related field preferred but not required
Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
