World Hepatitis Day 2025 | SIMS & Services Hospital Lahore
Today, the Department of Gastroenterology & Hepatology organized an insightful seminar titled

“Let’s Break It Down , Get the Facts, Take Action”

to mark World Hepatitis Day.

Event Highlights:

In-depth discussions on types of Hepatitis (A, B, C, D & E)

Prevention, diagnosis, and management strategies

Emphasis on safe injection practices and handling of needle stick injuries

Active participation from doctors, nurses, paramedics, and medical students

Special thanks to Prof. Dr. Zohra Khanum (Principal SIMS) and Prof. Dr. Muhammad Asif Gul for their guidance and support as Patron-in-Chief and Patron, respectively.

Together, we raise awareness and reinforce our commitment to eliminate hepatitis.
