Fasting has been known to improve body composition. This means it can reduce the percentage of body fat a person has while increasing their muscle mass and overall health.

Medical Nutrition Therapy for Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 and Weight Management!!

Hey Everyone Presenting you a new client !!

M Akbar from Islamabad was suffering from high blood glucose level, high blood pressure, slightly high cholesterol and BMI grade- 3 obese (weight 117kg) when we contacted me.

➡️Before:

🔻HbA1c = 9.4%

🔻Blood Pressure = 150/100mmHg

🔻Weight = 117kg

🔻Cholesterol =300mg/dl

➡️After!!

After 3 months of medical nutrition therapy, he reduced almost 9kg and reduced blood glucose level without use of any medication only with diet and lifestyle modifications.

🟢HbA1c is 6.4% (near to normal range )

🟢Blood Pressure = 130/90mmHg

🟢Cholesterol =190mg/dl

🟢Weight = 108kg
