We have witnessed many Eids after many Ramazans , each a beautiful gift from Allah for patience, sacrifice, our charity, and spiritual renewal. But this year, we pause and reflect: how has this Ramadan changed us?
Did our fasting make us more compassionate toward those who face hunger every day, not by choice but by circumstance? Did our prayers include the millions of Muslims enduring war, displacement, poverty, and injustice? As we celebrate Eid al-Fitr, countless families in Gaza and Muslim World welcome this day with resilience instead of festivity, faith instead of comfort, and hope despite unimaginable hardship.
Eid is not only a celebration marking the end of Ramadan. it is a reminder of unity, generosity, humanitarian responsibility, and solidarity with the global Ummah. It calls us to support those affected by conflict, crisis, and suffering through prayer, charity, kindness, and awareness.
On behalf of Sohail and Salma Hospital (Trust), we pray that this blessed occasion brings peace, healing, safety, and justice to all oppressed communities, relief to the suffering, recovery to the wounded, and hope to every heart in pain. May this Eid inspire compassion, strengthen humanity, and remind us that true celebration lies in caring for one another.
Eid Mubarak to you and your loved ones.
