Instead of asking “Why did they do this to me?” try asking:
✔️ “What can I learn from this?”
✔️ “How can I grow through this?”
✔️ “What’s within my control?”

Stress often comes from holding on too tightly to things we cannot control. Psychology teaches us that letting go reduces anxiety. Islam teaches us Tawakkul – trusting Allah’s plan fully. 💚

For the longest time, I said “yes” to everything—extra work, last-minute favors, social plans when I was exhausted. Deep down, I feared people would think I was selfish if I said “no.”

But the truth? Every “yes” I gave others became a “no” to myself. I ended up drained and resentful.

My turning point came when I realized: “No” is not rejection. It’s self-respect.
Now I choose where my energy goes, guilt-free. And the relationships that truly matter? They respect my boundaries. 💛
