🖋️➡️🔊Some important drug interaction. ❌ Do not give furosemide (Lasix) with gentamycin or amikacin because it causes (hearing loss)🚫.
➡️- ❌Don't give tetracycline drug with penicillin because the first is inhibitor of bacteriostatic bacterial growth and the second is a bacteria killer.
➡️Azithromycin with Antihistamine - 🚫Do not give as it causes severe📈 chest pain in addition to QT Prolongation.
➡️- Do not❎ give Ondansetron with tramadol
Because the former greatly reduces📉 the work of the second.
➡️- Do not🚫 give antacids with iron in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia because absorption of iron requires an acidic medium to absorb it.
➡️- Do not ❌give calcium channel blockers such as verapamil and diltiazem with beta blockers because this involvement causes acute cardiac slowness📉 which may reach cardiac arrest and death.
➡️- Do not 🚫give sildenafil (Vi**ra) with nitrates because it causes vascular dilation which may lead to acute and deadly low 📉blood pressure.
➡️- Do not❌ give omega-3 pills with anti-clotting like aspirin because they cause bleeding...... Remember Always ask your pharmacist or doctor when taking more than one medicine to avoid serious drug interference.⬅️📌🔚. Dr AD for more updates follow my Watts app channel.

▶️Diuretics,💊 as they naturally disrupt normal and peaceful sleep.
▶️Some pain relievers,💊 such as those containing paracetamol and caffeine, like Panadol Extra, which can cause insomnia due to the effects of caffeine.

♦️ As it can cause neurological spasms.

♦️ As it can lead to tendon and ligament tears.

💢 Should not ❌be administered to individuals younger than 18 years old.

♦️ As it may cause bone deformities.

📝If you receive a prescription that includes both 💊Wafarin and💊 Ceftriaxone, do not❌ dispense the medications together at all. ▶️Advise the patient to consult their doctor again.
✅ Ceftriaxone 💊is supplied either with Lidocaine when administered intramuscularly (IM) or with sterile water when given intravenously (IV). Pay close attention to this distinction, as mistakenly administering Ceftriaxone with Lidocaine intravenously to a patient can be fatal.
✍🏻 When administering Ceftriaxone intravenously, do not ❌give it with a Ringer's solution or any solution containing calcium. This can cause severe respiratory problems for the patient due to calcium deposition in the lungs.

🚫 Do not❌ take Metronidazole💊 (Flagyl) with Warfarin 💊(blood thinner) as Metronidazole enhances📈 Warfarin's effect, leading to life-threatening bleeding.

🚫 Do not❌ take antacids 💊or ulcer medications with iron💊 simultaneously as iron requires an acidic environment for absorption.

🚫 Do not ❌take Ondansetron 💊(Debemat) antiemetic with Tramadol💊, as Ondansetron reduces📉 Tramadol's analgesic effect.
