Diet advise for babies after 2 years of age;
2 سال سے بڑے بچوں کی غذا:
BABIES should take all kind of natural foods in all combinations, including wheat, rice, cereals, vegetables, fruits, meat and salad. Milk should be given in small quantity (250 to 500ml/day), preferably after food. Local shop, bakery should be avoided.
بچوں کو گھر کی متواذن خوراک دینی چاہیے. جس میں گندم، چاول، دالیں، سبزیاں، گوشت اور پھل شامل ہونا چاہتے. دودھ کم (1/4 سے 1/2 لیٹر) تک دے سکتے ہیں. لوکل دوکان اور بیکری کم دیں. شکریہ
