A state-of-the-art Orthopaedic Unit with all the advanced facilities and equipments.

We aim to ensure quality healthcare delivery with care & respect and to properly train residents in an environment that favors creativity & diversity. Our unit is actively engaged in Academic Trauma Orthopedic Surgery, Spine surgery, Arthroscopy & Reconstructive surgery, Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery and Arthroplasty (HIP and KNEE replacement surgery), providing best possible orthopaedic care to indoor, outdoor, emergency trauma patients 24/7. This unit is the major trauma care center in the area dealing with the complex trauma cases referred from lower Punjab and periphery on daily basis. Furthermore, our OPD is one of the busiest OPD of the hospital providing healthcare to more than 50,000 patients annually. This department is recognized for FCPS & MS Orthopaedic Surgery training and is offering paramount training for both FCPS and MS residents by conducting daily morning trauma meetings, ward rounds, weekly case presentations, fornightly journal club meetings and mortality meetings.

آسٹریلیا کے معروف سائیکیٹریسٹ ڈاکٹر نوید شیخ نے آن لائن سیشن سے ڈاکٹرز کو انٹرنیشنل پروٹوکول سے آگاہی دی۔

پروفیسر Zehng Longhoo نے شنگھائی 10th ہسپتال سے آن لائن شرکت کی اور آرتھوپیڈک سرجری میں AI کے استعمال پر تربیتی سیشن دیا۔

پروفیسر ابرار حسین انچارج ڈیپارٹمنٹ آف IT یونیورسٹی آف لاہور نے آرتھوپیڈک سرجنز کو آرٹیفیشل انٹیلیجنس کا استعمال سکھایا۔

بطور مہمان خصوصی پرنسپل علامہ اقبال میڈیکل کالج پروفیسر طیبہ وسیم نے جدید ترین ورکشاپ کے انعقاد پر پروفیسر ظفر اقبال ہیڈ آف آرتھوپیڈک یونٹ 2 کو مبارکباد دی اور ایسی تعلیمی سرگرمیوں کو سراہا۔

On the occasion of sports week of Allama Iqbal Medical College Lahore an Awareness workshop on Sports Injuries Prevention was held in Medical Education Department that was arranged by Orthopedic unit II JHL.
