After 7 years of marriage, this amazing patient of mine conceived for the first time with IUI in the second session. It was a journey of multiple injections and medicines to maintain her pregnancy, but she persevered with grace. Alhamdulillah, I followed her closely, treating her like family, and today, I'm overjoyed to announce the arrival of her baby boy. Congratulations to the proud parents!
