A glimpse into a day filled with awareness, connection, and hope.
On 9th April 2026, Right Path Drug Rehabilitation & Psychological Center conducted a Mental Well-being Camp and Seminar at Government Graduate College for Women, Rakh Chabeel Manawan—where conversations went beyond lectures and turned into meaningful reflections.
From discussing the realities of drug addiction to highlighting the silent struggles of anxiety, depression, and behavioral addictions like excessive mobile use—this session aimed to make mental health understandable, relatable, and approachable.
The energy, participation, and openness of the students showed one powerful truth:
When given the right platform, people are ready to talk, learn, and heal.
This is not just awareness—this is the beginning of change.

On 9th April 2026, Right Path Drug Rehabilitation & Psychological Center had the privilege of organizing a Mental Well-being Camp and Awareness Seminar at Government Graduate College for Women, Rakh Chabeel Manawan.
Our dedicated team came together with a shared mission: to spread awareness about mental health and both chemical and non-chemical addiction, while creating a safe space for open dialogue. The session focused on breaking stigma, educating young minds, and encouraging early help-seeking behaviors.
We believe that awareness is the first step toward recovery and prevention. Seeing the engagement, curiosity, and courage of the students reminded us why this work matters.
Grateful to the administration and students for their warm welcome and active participation.
Together, we move one step closer to a healthier and more aware society.

Depression is a serious mental health disorder that affects how a person thinks, feels, and functions. It is not simply feeling low for a few days, and it is not a sign of weakness. It is a clinical condition that requires understanding and proper treatment.

Common symptoms of depression include:

• Persistent sadness, emptiness, or hopelessness
• Loss of interest in activities once enjoyed
• Fatigue and low energy
• Changes in sleep (insomnia or excessive sleeping)
• Changes in appetite or weight
• Difficulty concentrating or making decisions
• Feelings of worthlessness or excessive guilt
• Irritability or restlessness
• Thoughts of self-harm or su***de

Depression can affect relationships, work performance, and daily functioning. Many individuals struggling with depression may turn to substances as a way to cope, which can lead to addiction and worsen mental health over time.

The important message is this: Depression is treatable.

With professional psychological therapy, psychiatric care when needed, structured rehabilitation, and family support, recovery is possible.

Early intervention can prevent long-term complications.

Bipolar disorder is a serious mood disorder characterized by extreme shifts in mood, energy, activity levels, and the ability to function. It is not “mood swings” or a personality trait — it is a medical and psychological condition that requires proper assessment and treatment.
Individuals with bipolar disorder experience episodes that may include:

🔹 Mania or Hypomania • Elevated or unusually irritable mood
• Increased energy and reduced need for sleep
• Racing thoughts and rapid speech
• Impulsive or risky behavior (spending sprees, substance use, reckless decisions)
• Inflated self-confidence or grandiosity

🔹 Depressive Episodes • Persistent sadness or emptiness
• Loss of interest in previously enjoyed activities
• Fatigue and low motivation
• Feelings of worthlessness or excessive guilt
• Changes in sleep and appetite
• Thoughts of self-harm or su***de

Without treatment, bipolar disorder can significantly affect relationships, career, academic performance, and overall well-being. In some cases, individuals may turn to substances to cope, which increases the risk of addiction and relapse.
The good news is: bipolar disorder is treatable.
With psychiatric care, mood stabilizing medication, psychotherapy, and family support, individuals can live stable and fulfilling lives.
Early diagnosis and structured treatment make a significant difference.

If you or a loved one is struggling, professional help is available.
