Ingredients
• 1/2 cup peeled pumpkin seeds
• 1/2 cup hulled sunflower seeds
• 1/4 cup buckwheat groats
• 1/4 cup chia seeds
• 1/4 cup flaxseeds
• 1 cup filtered water
• 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• rosemary, to taste

How to Make
1️⃣ Soak chia seeds, flaxseeds, and buckwheat in water until they swell and form a gel.
2️⃣ Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3️⃣ Spread thinly on a parchment-lined baking tray.
4️⃣ Bake at 170°C / 340°F until completely dry.
