Good posture is crucial for maintaining a healthy spine and preventing unnecessary strain on our muscles and joints. When sitting, it's essential to prioritize proper posture to avoid back pain and long-term damage. Here are some key points to keep in mind:
👉 Sit up straight : Maintain a neutral spine position with your ears, shoulders, and hips aligned.
👉 Feet on the floor : Keep your feet flat on the floor or on a footrest, with your knees at or below hip level.
👉 Chair height : Adjust the chair height to allow your elbows to be at a 90-degree angle and your wrists to be straight.
👉Take breaks : Take regular breaks to stand up, stretch, and move around.
👉 Monitor Height : Position your monitor directly in front of you, at a comfortable distance, and at a height that allows you to gaze slightly downward.
By incorporating these habits into your daily routine, you can reduce the risk of back pain and maintain a healthy, happy back!
