JASNIC PHARMA Pvt Ltd Annual Sales Conference
In August, JASNIC Pharma held its annual sales conference at the prestigious Faletti's Hotel in Murree. The event began with Mr. Haider, who gracefully took on the role of host, setting a tone of elegance and professionalism. His warm and engaging presence immediately captivated the audience, creating an atmosphere of anticipation and excitement.
The conference commenced with the recitation of the holy Quran by Mr. Imran Hashimi, which provided a solemn and respectful start to the event. Following this, Mr. Haider eloquently welcomed all attendees, highlighting the significance of the occasion and the collective achievements of JASNIC Pharma.
The proceedings continued with an address by Mr. Chaudhary Arshad Rehman, the Sales Director, delivered an impactful speech outlining the year's sales achievements and the ambitious targets for the future. He highlighted the exceptional performance of the sales team, acknowledging their contributions to the company's success.
Following him, Mr. Khurram Shahzad, the Marketing Director, discussed the marketing strategies, plans for the upcoming year, and the notable achievements in marketing. Dr. Abdulhaq Fahim, the Development Director, took the stage to present an insightful overview of upcoming new products and development initiatives. He detailed the innovative projects in the pipeline and the advancements in research and development that are poised to enhance the company’s product portfolio.
JASNIC's CEO, Dr. Farsheed Faateh, delivered a comprehensive address that celebrated the company's progress and outlined future goals. He recognized the achievements of the past year, highlighted the importance of innovation, teamwork, and strategic vision, and expressed gratitude for the employees' dedication. The third Achiever of the Year award was given to Mr. Sameer Butt, the second position was awarded to Mr. Attique, and the highlight of the awards segment was the announcement of the first position Employee of the Year. This prestigious honor was given to Mr. Noor Rehman, who was gifted a brand-new car in recognition of his exceptional performance and dedication.
Additionally, a trip for all employees to Nathiagali and Ayubia, Murree, was planned beforehand. This trip was a token of appreciation from the management for the team's hard work and dedication throughout the year, providing an opportunity for relaxation and team building.
