مریض سجاد، 28 سالہ، ایک شدید روڈ حادثے (موٹر سائیکل بمقابلہ کار) کا شکار ہوا۔ ایکس رے سے دائیں فیمر (ران کی ہڈی) میں سیگمنٹل کمینیوٹڈ فریکچر ظاہر ہوا، جس میں کئی ہڈیوں کے ٹکڑے اور نمایاں بے ترتیبی شامل تھی۔ خاص طور پر فیمر کے نچلے حصے میں ہڈی کی سیدھ میں واضح خرابی موجود تھی۔

فریکچر کو بند ریڈکشن اور اندرونی فکسیشن کے ذریعے ٹھیک کیا گیا۔ نچلے فیمر کے لیے کینولیٹڈ اسکرو استعمال کیے گئے اور کم سے کم مداخلت کی تکنیک (MIPO) کے ذریعے ڈسٹل فیمر ایناٹومیکل پلیٹ برج موڈ میں لگائی گئی۔
