Say bye to PCOS this way👇
This lovely client came to me in June, her issues were:
👉 Stuck weight
👉 Fluctuations in Period Cycle
👉 Reduced Period Flow
👉 Cravings
👉 Imbalanced FSH and LH (with very high LH)
We understood her trigger points and routine and designed a customized PCOS protocol based on it which was easy for her to manage
Although she wasn't 100% consistent and was not working out as well during the entire 90 days period, still we managed to achieve the following:
👉 Weight loss
👉 Regular menstrual cycles
👉 Improved menstrual flow
👉 Reduced cravings and understanding of how to manage her diet in the long run
👉 Balanced FSH and LH (as you can see above)
All of this just in 90 days!
