Here’s how I usually guide my cliens in written coaching and maybe it helps you too:
— A common message I receive from clients.
“ I can’t stop overthinking… I replay the same situation again and again until I feel drained.”
My response :
✨ First, understand that overthinking is your mind’s way of trying to solve something that feels unfinished. But instead of solving, it gets stuck in a loop.
👉 Try this exercise tonight:
1. Write down the situation that keeps replaying in your mind.
2. Under it, divide your page into two columns:
• Left side: “Things I cannot control”
• Right side: “Things I can control”
3. Cross out everything in the left column.
4. Choose one small action from the right column to do tomorrow.
This simple shift breaks the cycle because your brain moves from “looping” ➝ “acting.”
