The puppy, of unspecified breed, presented at Anatomy pets clinic with lameness and pain in the affected limb.

Radiographic examination revealed a fractured olecranon, requiring surgical intervention due to the severity of the fracture and the young age of the patient.

Surgical Procedure:
Under general anesthesia, the affected limb was prepared for surgery. A standard approach to the olecranon was employed, and the fracture site was exposed. Careful reduction and alignment of the fractured fragments were achieved, followed by stabilization using appropriate orthopedic implants, such as screws or pins, depending on the size and configuration of the fracture.

Shaggy, an approximately 8-week-old male Domestic Shorthair kitten, was presented to Anatomy Pets clinic with the chief complaints of severe anemia, dehydration, vomiting, and diarrhea. The kitten's caregivers reported a rapid onset of symptoms over the past 24 hours.

**Clinical Findings:**
Upon physical examination, Shaggy appeared lethargic and weak. His mucous membranes were pale, indicating severe anemia. Capillary refill time was prolonged. His heart rate was within normal limits, and lung sounds were clear. Abdominal palpation revealed no palpable masses or discomfort. Shaggy was visibly dehydrated, with sunken eyes and dry oral mucosa. The kitten's body temperature was within normal limits.

**Working Diagnosis:**
Based on the clinical presentation and diagnostic findings, the working diagnosis for Shaggy includes severe anemia likely due to a combination of factors, including parasitic infestation leading to gastrointestinal symptoms and subsequent dehydration.

**Treatment and Management:**
1. Immediate Fluid Therapy: Shaggy was started on intravenous fluid therapy to address severe dehydration and correct electrolyte imbalances.
2. Blood Transfusion: A blood transfusion was considered to address the severe anemia, pending compatibility testing.

Oreo, was brought to Anatomy Pets Clinic following a bike strike incident. The primary concern is a mandibular fracture resulting from the accident.

Clinical Findings:
Upon examination, the following clinical findings were noted:

• Mandibular fracture: The mandible of Oreo appears to be fractured, likely due to the impact from the bike strike.
• Possible soft tissue injuries: Given the nature of the incident, there might be associated soft tissue injuries, which will require further assessment.

Diagnostic Tests:
Diagnostic tests were performed to further evaluate the extent of the injuries and plan appropriate treatment:

• Radiographs (X-rays): X-rays were taken to assess the exact location and type of mandibular fracture and to determine if there are any associated injuries to the surrounding structures.

We performed the orthopaedic surgery for mandible repair
