She doesn’t need motivation.
She needs permission.

Let that sink in.

She sits in front of me, ready to change her life…
but then says,
“Mujhe husband se poochna hoga…”

And a few days later:
“He said no.”

And just like that, her health gets postponed again.

This is not just about money.
This is about control over her own life.

She’s the one who shows up for everyone,
takes care of everyone’s needs,
and carries the weight of the entire home.

But when it comes to her own body, her own health,
she’s expected to wait.

And let’s say this out loud, if a woman has to ask to take care of her health, something is already wrong.

A message for husbands:
She is not asking for luxury.
She is asking for a chance to feel like herself again.

You invest in everything else without hesitation,
but when it comes to her health,
why does it become a question?

A healthy wife is not an expense.
She is the system that keeps your entire life running.

And to every woman reading this:
You don’t need to earn the right to take care of yourself.
You already deserve it.

If this feels personal, maybe it’s time to stop waiting.

You don’t always need lab reports to know your blood sugar is improving.

You body can also tell you that you blood sugar is improving. These signs tells that you blood sugar is getting better:
→ You feel more energetic, no more post-meal crashes
→ Cravings start fading, and you’re not thinking about food every 10 minutes
→ Your fasting and post-meal numbers slowly get better

But keep this in mind that diabetes control isn’t about overnight results, it’s about steady, everyday progress.

Start noticing the little wins your body gives you.
They matter more than you think.

If you want a customized solution to stabilize sugar naturally,
DM me, I’ll help you step by step.

Eid Mubarak Fam! 🌙🫶🏻

May the blessings of Ramadan stay with you throughout the year, and may your prayers be accepted. ✨

Celebrate with love, delight in the food, and don’t forget your wellbeing is part of the happiness too.

19/03/2026

Even the sky feels like it’s grieving because something so beautiful is leaving us. 🌙🥺

Ya Allah, don’t let this be the Ramadan that passes us by without acceptance.
Don’t let our duas hang between the sky and the earth… bring them to life in the most beautiful way.

Ya Allah, let us live the duas we cried for in Ramadan.
If we asked for healing, let us feel it.
If we asked for happiness, let us find it.
If we asked for closeness to You, never let us drift away again.

Ya Allah, you saw the tears no one else saw.
Accept them as worship and turn them into ease.

Forgive the sins we remember and the ones we have forgotten.
Heal the hearts that are tired,
comfort the souls that feel lost,
and bring light to the lives that feel heavy.

Ya Allah, don’t let us return to old habits after tasting the sweetness of Your remembrance.
Hold our hearts firmly on the path we found this Ramadan.

Grant us another chance to witness Ramadan again and next time, let us be better than we were this time.

Ameen 🤍

May this Laylatul Qadr be a night of answered prayers.

Ya Allah,
heal those who are silently fighting illness and pain.
Ease the hearts that feel heavy tonight.
Grant shifa to those battling diabetes, chronic disease, and unseen struggles.
Replace every worry with peace and every tear with relief.

Ya Allah,
accept the duas made with trembling hearts,
forgive the sins we carry,
and open doors we thought were closed forever.

For the ones crying in sujood tonight,
for the ones waiting for healing,
for the ones praying for a miracle…

Ya Allah, let this be the night their destiny changes.

Ameen.

May this blessed night bring healing, mercy, and acceptance for all of us.

Fasting during Ramadan can be challenging for people with Type 2 Diabetes.

But how and when you monitor your blood sugar can make a huge difference.

Regular blood glucose checks help you fast safely and prevent dangerous spikes or drops:

→ Check fasting blood glucose before Suhoor to make sure your levels are safe
→ Monitor 1–2 hours after Iftar to catch post-meal spikes
→ Keep a daily log to track patterns and adjust your plan
→ Use CGM if available for continuous safety
→ Adjust meals or medications based on your readings

Simple steps like these can make fasting safer, smoother, and more controlled for people with Type 2 Diabetes.

Evidence shows that frequent blood glucose monitoring, including fasting and post-meal checks, significantly reduces the risk of hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia during Ramadan in individuals with Type 2 Diabetes, according to a systematic review and randomized clinical trials published in Diabetes Research and Clinical Practice, 2022.

If you want to fast safely while managing your blood sugar, DM me and I’ll guide you.

Not all fats are bad, especially if you have diabetes.

Some fats can actually improve your lipid profile and support heart health.

Here are a few simple options to include in your diet:

→ Flax seeds loaded with omega-3s and fiber
→ Peanut butter natural, no added sugar
→ Olive oil is perfect for cooking or salads
→ Nuts: almonds, walnuts, pistachios in moderation

Including these healthy fats can help balance blood sugar and improve cholesterol, and leading health authorities like the American Diabetes Association recommend choosing monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats (from nuts, seeds, olive oil) instead of saturated and trans fats to support heart health and improved lipid levels in people with diabetes.

If you want to lose fat & control your sugar, DM me and I’ll guide you!

If you’re struggling with sugar spikes and bloating every Iftar!

Most people break their fast in ways that trigger energy crashes, bloating, and cravings.

You need to start Iftar with 1–2 dates and water to gently wake up your system.

Then focus on protein and fiber first, which control hunger and keep your sugar steady, supported by a 2024 meta-analysis of controlled trials published in American Journal of Clinical Nutrition showing that adding protein with carbohydrates significantly reduces post-meal blood sugar spikes.

Save carbs and sweet treats for last.

That small change helps you feel light instead of bloated.

Ramzan isn’t about restriction. You need to balance timing and a few smart habits that protect your health.

If you want a personalized plan to keep your sugar stable and lose fat this Ramzan.

DM “IFTAR” I’ll guide you step by step.
