𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧:
𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡:
Extend your arm straight out in front of you, palm facing down.
With your other hand, gently bend your wrist downward until you feel a stretch in your forearm.
Hold for 15-30 seconds, then switch arms.
𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐜𝐡:

𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Sit or stand with your forearm supported on a table, palm facing up, and wrist hanging over the edge.
Hold a light weight (such as a dumbbell or a can of food) in your hand.
Slowly curl your wrist upward, then lower it back down.
Do 2-3 sets of 10-15 repetitions.
