Dear admin please approved 🙏🏻

Shame on the administration of University of Lahore Teaching Hospital, Defence Road Lahore for mentally torturing nurses and nursing interns in the name of discipline. A junior nursing intern was fined Rs.10,000 only for wearing slippers instead of black shoes — this is not professionalism, this is exploitation, humiliation, and abuse of authority.

Instead of appreciating nurses who work day and night for patients, the hospital administration continues to create fear, pressure, and mental stress among staff nurses and interns. Nurses are treated like servants instead of healthcare professionals. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in any civilized healthcare institution.

The Nursing Superintendent and responsible administration must be held accountable for this toxic environment. Repeated mental harassment, disrespectful treatment, and unfair penalties against nurses should not be ignored anymore.

We demand immediate action from and to conduct a strict investigation into the treatment of nurses and interns at this hospital. If these allegations are proven true, strict disciplinary action should be taken against those responsible according to professional and ethical standards.

Nurses are the backbone of healthcare, not punching bags for hospital administration.

رات کے چار سے پانچ بجے کوئی مریض نہی
ڈیوٹی پر موجود لیڈی ڈاکٹرز بیٹھی ہیں
دروازہ آفس کا کھلا ھے تا کہ جو نیا مریض آئے فوری اندر تشریف لائے
رات کے چار سے پانچ بجے مریض نہی آیا چونکہ لیڈی ڈاکٹرز صبح آٹھ بجے سے ایمرجنسی میں پتا نہی کھانا کھانے کا وقت بھی ملا یا نہی سارا دن ساری رات مریض دیکھتے رہے
اب ڈاکٹر ہیں انسان بھی توہیں
ایک انتہائی قابل احترام لیڈی ڈاکٹر میز پر سر رکھا تا کہ ہیڈ ریسٹ ملے کچھ دیر آنکھے بند کرکے ایک نے کرسی کی ٹیک لگا لی
مگر انسان کے روپ میں پھرتے جانور جس کے مریض کا مفت اور فوری علاج انہی ڈاکٹرز صاحبان نے کیا تھا اب وہ ٹھیک خطرے سے باہر
اب اس معاشرے کے ناسور کو سوشل میڈیا کےلئے تصویر لینے کا موقع ملا اور اپنی محسن اور محسن انسانیت مسیحاؤں کی تصویر بنا کر سوشل میڈیا پر لگادی
اس ناسور کو یہ نہی پتا اس کی ماہ بہن بیٹی بھی موجود ھے گھر میں
ہمارے معاشرے کے دوہرے اصول
اگر پولیس مجرم کو پکڑنے گھر کی دیوار پھلانگے تو چادر اور چار دیواری کا تقدس پامال
تو دوسری طرف ان محسن انسانیت کی تصویر بنا کر معاشرے میں بدنام کرنے کی کوشش

قانون قدرت ھے ایسا کروگے تو یہ آگ تمارے گھر تک ضرور پہچے گی کل کو تماری ماں بہن بیٹی کی تصویریں اور عزتیں نیلام ہونگی تب رو بھی نہی سکوگے
دیکھ لو جو کل تک سیاہ و سفید کے مالک تھے اب جیلوں کی سلاخوں کے پیچھے
یہ تصویریں بہاول وکٹوریہ ہسپتال کی ایمرجنسی وارڈ کی رات 4-5 بجے کی لی گئیں
ھماری تحقیقاتی ٹیم تصویر بنانے کے گھر ان کی ماں اور بہن تک اور پرسنل تصویریں لینے میں کامیاب ھوگئی ھے
مگر اخلاقی اقدار کی خاطر شئیر نہی کی جارہی ہیں
میں نے خود ڈاکٹرز کو 30 30 گھنٹے کام کرتے دیکھا ہے اور اگر ہم ڈاکٹرز کو 30 30 گھنٹے کام کرنے پرعزت نہیں دے سکتے تو لعنت ہے ایسی عوام پر جو ایسی پکچرز لگاتے ہیں

توجہ طلب معاملہ ۔۔۔۔ورنہ بہت انسانی زندگیاں ضائع ہو جائیں گی ۔
پورے پنجاب کا مسئلہ ہے ۔

جناح ہسپتال میں ادویات کی عدم دستیابی ایک نہایت سنگین صورتحال اختیار کر چکی ہے، جہاں زیرِ علاج مریضوں کی زندگیاں داؤ پر لگی ہوئی ہیں۔ جان بچانے والی ضروری ادویات نہ ہونے کے باعث مریض اور ان کے اہل خانہ شدید اذیت میں مبتلا ہیں، مگر ڈاکٹرز انتظامی پابندیوں کی وجہ سے باہر سے ادویات لکھنے سے قاصر ہیں کیونکہ پہلے بھی ایک ڈاکٹر اور نرس کو ایسے ہی معاملے پر قربانی کا بکرا بنایا جا چکا ہے۔ سوال یہ ہے کہ جب ہسپتال میں ادویات موجود نہیں تو مریضوں کا علاج کیسے ممکن ہوگا؟ موجودہ حالات فوری ہنگامی اقدامات کے متقاضی ہیں، تاکہ لوکل پرچیز کے ذریعے ادویات فراہم کی جائیں یا مریضوں کو باہر سے ادویات منگوانے کی اجازت دی جائے، کیونکہ علاج میں تاخیر کسی بھی مریض کے لیے جان لیوا ثابت ہو سکتی ہے۔ مریضوں کی زندگیاں بچانے کے لیے انتظامیہ کو فوری، عملی اور انسانی بنیادوں پر فیصلہ کرنا ہوگا

The Government of Punjab has announced a massive Rs35 billion cut in health and education as part of so-called “austerity measures.” Around 150,000 vacant posts are being eliminated, budgets are being surrendered, and the excuse is the same old IMF pressure and financial discipline.

Teachers’ unions and public employees are already warning that this means fewer jobs, weaker schools, more pressure on hospitals, and ordinary people paying the price while the system protects itself. Punjab says there is no money. No money for schools. No money for hospitals. No money for teachers, nurses, or the poor.

Meanwhile, inflation is destroying people. Petrol prices are painfully high, electricity bills keep rising, basic groceries are becoming unaffordable, unemployment is at record highs, and the real estate market feels dead.

Ordinary people are suffocating while the government keeps repeating the same excuse: austerity. But somehow, there is always money for power. Reports show the Punjab government acquired a luxury Gulfstream G500 VIP jet worth around Rs11.7 billion for official use. Then came public backlash and reports that Maryam Nawaz’s son, Junaid Safdar, used that same private jet for his honeymoon trip to Vienna. Denials came, legal threats followed but that’s not even the point.

The point is simple: when it comes to rulers, there is always comfort. When it comes to the public, suddenly there is sacrifice.

People will still say, “Look, Maryam Nawaz made Lahore Paris,” because a few LED lights were installed and her posters are hanging everywhere! On roads, walls, gutters, garbage boxes, even public toilets. That is not development. That is branding. Punjab is still dealing with broken hospitals, collapsing schools, fear, unemployment, and no real rule of law.

A province cannot run on posters and PR forever. You cannot tell people to accept cuts while rulers live grand lifestyles. You cannot preach sacrifice to the poor while power flies private. People need jobs, justice, hospitals, education, and dignity, not another banner telling them everything is perfect.
