“In the context of School Wellness Program, Dr. Amreen Kaleem, a dedicated Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in both clinical and community environments, conducted an in-person session at Senior School. Her specialization encompasses child health, weight management, diabetes management, sports nutrition, and ICU protocols. Armed with multiple certifications from ANHI—including osteoporosis and blood sugar level (BSL) management—Dr. Kaleem empowered gifted and talented students by elucidating critical aspects of health and nutrition.

These included the importance of a balanced diet, prudent eating habits, nutritional deficiencies, hygiene practices, immunity enhancement, food sensitivities, the significance of physical activity, school readiness and adaptability amidst the prevalence of junk food, as well as the pivotal role of parental involvement. Her expertise has markedly enhanced students' personal health and hygiene while facilitating informed dietary choices!
