I believe that promoting a healthy and balanced diet is crucial for our children's overall well-being, growth, and development. By minimizing the consumption of foods that lack essential nutrients and may potentially be detrimental to their health, we can work together to ensure they have the best possible foundation for a vibrant and active lifestyle

Empowering Environmental Change: A Green Revolution in Our Schools! 🌍🌿

Greetings everyone! I am thrilled to share an incredible journey that began with a vision for a greener, more sustainable future. In our efforts to combat environmental challenges not just in Pakistan, but worldwide, we believe that plantations are the cornerstone of this movement. As students, we recognized our potential to be the driving force for change, starting right within the walls of our schools.

Under my leadership, we took the initiative and rallied the entire student body in our catchment area. We reached out to our esteemed community leaders, engaged with local government authorities - from education and health to revenue and forest departments - with the invaluable support of our dedicated assistant commissioner. Together, we embarked on a mission to transform our schools into thriving green hubs.

Through unwavering determination and collective effort, we successfully planted over 10,000 plants, with a special focus on fruit-bearing varieties. This endeavor not only addresses the urgent issue of food security in the future but also lays the foundation for a sustainable, eco-conscious generation.

This monumental achievement stands as a testament to the power of unity and the potential within our youth to bring about positive, lasting change. It is my hope that this endeavor will inspire others to take up the mantle and create their own green havens. Let's continue to nurture and protect our environment, one tree at a time

Kind words and praise create a positive atmosphere,
Encouraging students, fostering bonds that will endure.
Punishment, though sometimes needed, can breed resentment and fear,
While appreciation nurtures growth, making learning more secure... During my session on Hand washing i gave demonstration to all students that how to wash hands and finally asked them feed back of their learning, this special child voluntarily stood up and showed willingness to give them demo whatever he learnt. when students clapped he had such an excitement that I cant express here in words. Really it was a day of accomplishment.
