ڈسک پرولیپس L4–L5 اور S1
کیا ہے؟
جب ریڑھ کی ہڈی کے نچلے حصے میں موجود ڈسک اپنی جگہ سے ہٹ کر نَرو پر دباؤ ڈالتی ہے تو اسے ڈسک پرولیپس کہتے ہیں۔ اس کی وجہ سے کمر کے نچلے حصے میں درد، ٹانگ میں بجلی جیسا درد (Sciatica)، سنسناہٹ یا پاؤں میں کمزوری ہو سکتی ہے۔

Disc Prolapse L4–L5 & S1 occurs when a spinal disc slips and compresses the nerve, causing lower back pain, leg pain, numbness, tingling, or weakness.

یہ مسئلہ زیادہ تر غلط پوسچر، مسلسل بیٹھے رہنے، وزن غلط طریقے سے اٹھانے، اچانک جھٹکوں اور کمزور مسلز کی وجہ سے ہوتا ہے۔
Common causes include poor posture, prolonged sitting, improper lifting, sudden movements, weak core muscles, and obesity.

اچھی خبر یہ ہے کہ 90–95٪ مریض بغیر سرجری درست فزیوتھراپی اور گائیڈڈ ایکسرسائز سے بہتر ہو جاتے ہیں۔
Good news: Only 5–10٪ cases require surgery.

کیا آپ اُن لوگوں میں سے ہیں جنہیں لمبے وقت تک بیٹھ کر کام کرنا پڑتا ہے؟
اور پھر کمر، گردن یا کندھوں میں درد شروع ہو جاتا ہے؟ 🤕

آج کے دور میں کام کے دوران بیٹھنے سے مکمل طور پر بچنا مشکل ہے،
لیکن تحقیق ہمیں ایک بہتر راستہ دکھاتی ہے۔

📖 تحقیق کے مطابق:
❌ مسلسل بیٹھے رہنا صحت کے لیے نقصان دہ ہے
❌ اور پورا دن کھڑے رہنا بھی جسم کو تھکا دیتا ہے

✅ سب سے بہتر طریقہ یہ ہے کہ کام کی جگہ اس طرح ترتیب دی جائے
کہ بیٹھنا اور کھڑا ہونا دونوں ممکن ہوں (Sitting اور Standing کے ساتھ)

✔️ کچھ وقت بیٹھ کر کام کریں
✔️ کچھ وقت کھڑے ہو کر کام کریں
✔️ دونوں صورتوں میں جسم سیدھا رکھنا ضروری ہے (Good Posture)
✔️ ہر 30 سے 45 منٹ بعد اپنی پوزیشن بدلیں

👉 اگر بیٹھنے سے درد بڑھتا ہے تو درمیان میں کھڑے ہو کر کام کرنا بہتر ہے
👉 اگر زیادہ دیر کھڑے رہنے سے تھکن ہو تو دوبارہ بیٹھ جائیں، مگر درست انداز میں

یاد رکھیں:
مسئلہ بیٹھنا یا کھڑا ہونا نہیں،
مسئلہ ایک ہی حالت میں زیادہ دیر تک رہنا ہے۔

اپنے جسم کو حرکت دیں،
اور کام کی جگہ کو سمجھداری سے استعمال کریں 💪

📍Dard wali jagah pe dhyan den: Agar kisi makhsoos jagah zyada dard mehsoos ho, to wahan ball ko rok kar 20 se 30 seconds tak halka dabao (pressure) den.

📍Dabao ko control karen: Shuruat mein beth kar ye mashq karen taake aap araam se check kar saken ke kitna dabao bardasht ho raha hai.
