Elderly male. Presenting with features of obstruction and anemia. Three synchronous tumors!
Right colon,
splenic flexure,
upper Re**um!

Managed by lap TC and partial proctectomy!
OP time 320 minutes
Blood loss 30 ml

This was my first time with three synchronous tumors.
Left with 7 cm Re**um.
Was planning to join at start but the guy was obstructed, had a CABG in past so went away with end ileostomy and plan to join at a later stage.
Looking forward to path, MMR and MSI
