There’s more to handwriting than just words on a page.

On 19 July, FPSC organized a workshop on Handwriting Analysis, facilitated by Dr. Rafiq Dar, a Neuropsychologist, Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Trainer.

Through real-life examples and demonstrations, participants got a chance to explore how our handwriting can reflect deeper parts of our personality, emotions, and even hidden patterns of behaviour.

We’re thankful to Dr. Rafiq Dar for guiding us through such an engaging session, and to everyone who showed up with curiosity and openness to learn something new.

Empathy, the quiet strength that connects us all.

On 9 July, FPSC hosted a meaningful workshop on Developing the Empathy Muscle, where participants explored how empathy can be practiced, expanded, and embodied in everyday life

Forgiveness, truly an art of letting go.

On May 27th, FPSC held a workshop on Forgiveness Education & Practice, blending psychological theory with practical tools to help participants explore letting go, understanding, and emotional growth.
