Aesthetic restorations are always tricky. # 35 years old male patient with gingival recession and missing central incisor. The aesthetic was restored with implant in the central incisor and emax crowns on central and lateral incisor with gum porcelain to mimic the zernith point for camouflage effect. Shade was taken with vita 3d master.

Immediate implant placed at right maxillary second premolar. The broken down root was extracted a-traumatically, osstem implant was planned and placed with bone graft. Closure was done with Vertical mattress and interrupted sutures.

33 year Pt with diastema(space between incisors ) and rotated lateral incisor treated with emax veneers.the teeth prepared and the impression taken with Addition silicon with dual cord technique. Indirect temporary were placed the next day and final veneers luted with dual cure resin.

painful/decayed Right lower 2nd Molar. Immediate implant
planned after traumatic extraction of tooth considering
preservation of Bone/Socket. As per intraoral scenario,
implant placed at Distal Socket with adequate stability and
