Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Phlebotomist/Lab Phlebotomist to join our team at our global Diagnostic laboratory collection center in Nankana Sahib. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and ensuring timely and accurate processing of samples in the laboratory.

Responsibilities:

Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture or capillary puncture techniques.
Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure accuracy and reliability of blood samples.
Accurately label and document blood samples and ensure timely transport to the laboratory.
Maintain accurate records of patient information and test results.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following established protocols for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
Requirements:

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
Certification in phlebotomy.
At least 2 years of experience working as a Phlebotomist/Lab Phlebotomist.
Knowledge of laboratory protocols and procedures.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
